Privacy Policy

GomBrick ("the Service") is a personal, non-commercial database for organizing and browsing a Bearbrick collection. This page explains what information the Service collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.
Information We Collect
- Google account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google to create and identify your account.
- Collection data: which bearbricks you've added to "My Collection", and an optional nickname/credit preference you set in your profile.
- Content you submit: suggested bearbricks, edit requests, and photos you upload, along with the account that submitted them.
- Usage data: pages visited and basic device/browser information, collected automatically via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics.
How We Use It
- To sign you in, keep you signed in, and show your personal collection and profile.
- To let admins review and approve suggestions, edit requests, and submitted photos.
- To understand how the Service is used and improve it, using aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on the following providers to operate:
- Google - sign-in (OAuth) and Analytics
- Vercel - hosting, file storage for uploaded photos, and analytics
- Supabase - database hosting (PostgreSQL)
- Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account at any time directly within the GomBrick app.
- While signed in, tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner.
- Tap your profile (the row showing your name and email) to open the Account screen.
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm - your account is deleted immediately.
Deleted: your profile information (name, email, etc.), your Google sign-in link, login sessions, and your personal collection list. Deletion happens immediately, with no additional retention period.
Bearbrick entries and photos you contributed that were approved are part of the shared database other users see, so they are not deleted - only the author information is anonymized to "Deleted User".
If you can't access the app to delete your account yourself, contact us at the email below.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
